VOV PROJECT RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened Status: Items must be completely unopened, unused, and factory-sealed.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be in their undamaged original packaging with all original components and accessories.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the original delivery date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is mandatory for all return requests.

Any item that has been opened, unsealed, used, or is missing its original packaging is strictly ineligible for a return and will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: VOV PROJECT does not cover or subsidize return shipping costs.

  • Prepaid Labels: We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

  • Arranging Shipping: You are solely responsible for purchasing a shipping label and paying all courier fees to send the item back to our facility.

  • Recommendations: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our support team through our CONTACT PAGE with your order number and photo evidence verifying that the item is unopened and sealed.

  2. Receive Approval: If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Pack and Ship: Clearly write the RMA number on the exterior shipping box (not the manufacturer's product box) and ship the package using your preferred carrier.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a strict inspection to verify that it is unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7] business days.

  • Payment Method: Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
